The Cranley Hotel's beautiful decor and cozy common areas made me feel right at home. The staff were particularly attentive and assisted me with my luggage, enhancing my overall experience during my stay.
Improved attention to cleanliness is needed.

The location offers quick access to Kensington, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The charming decor provides a unique vibe that stands out in a sea of bland hotel chains.
There’s a serious lack of cleanliness, with carpets that look like they haven’t seen a vacuum in ages. Basic amenities like a kettle seem to be a hassle to get—had to call reception only to hear the kitchen was closed. Ordinary offerings like breakfast fall short. stale croissants and a toaster in the corner aren’t what you expect from a place with such a prime address.

i had a lovely stay at the cranley. the room was spacious with a comfy, large bed and clean, fresh linen. it's just a five-minute walk to the tube, which was super convenient. the dining experience was exceptional, and the food was very tasty. the traditional vibe of the hotel really added to my stay!

Spacious room, comfy bed, vibrant common areas. Cleanliness issues, carpet had trash and stains. Easy bike rental nearby.

the location is pretty good since its a 15 min walk to albert hall and there are also some nice restaurants around. my room was spacious and comfy, really liked that. the staff were super nice and helped me out a lot, felt welcomed, lol. the breakfast was decent but keep in mind its just continental. overall, it has some charm.
however, i was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, there was trash on the carpet and the curtains were stained. also the elevator didn’t work for a day, which was really annoying.

Stayed in the Superior Double Room. It was spacious and the bed was comfy, but the bathroom needed some serious work. The toilet seat was broken, and the sink plugs didn't function. Plus, the shower sent water everywhere. The light bulbs were mostly out, which got annoying. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Definitely room for improvement here!

An Unforgettable Stay with Unique Charm
Caught a magical moment in the quaint lounge with live music filling the air! The vintage decor added warmth to our evenings. For future guests, I recommend exploring nearby eateries for delightful breakfast options since the hotel’s breakfast was quite limited.

Just a nice choice for a swift stopover in London with excellent value for money. The empty fridge was a let down, but we still had comfortable beds for our stay. Bring your own snacks as the mini bar won’t help you out.

prime access to parks and renowned attractions
I really enjoyed how close we were to Kensington Gardens and the Royal Albert Hall during our weekend stay, making it easy to stroll around and take in the sights without the need for transport. The hotel offered a charming atmosphere but could definitely have better amenities in terms of coffee-making facilities in the room.

Great Location, Needs Upkeep
We enjoyed our 3-night stay in a charming double room but found it lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast selection was limited, so consider exploring nearby cafés for better options. The lovely decor and history of the building stood out, but it needs a thorough refresh.
